Miranda Lambert got bleeped during her performance of “Little Red Wagon” at the Grammys Sunday night, and took home the award for Best Country Album.

Miranda Lambert Performs “Little Red Wagon”

Lambert took the stage in a black, leather getup to perform “Little Red Wagon” at the Grammy Awards Sunday. Audiences at home may have thought that the audio simply dropped out mid-song during Lambert’s performance, but in fact, she was bleeped by the network. In “Little Red Wagon” Lambert sings, “And I’ve got long, blonde hair / And I play guitar, and I go on the road / And I do all the s—t you wanna do.”

The censorship didn’t put a damper on her electric performance, nor did her cussing keep her from a big Grammy win.

Lambert wasn’t the only artist who attempted to swear on air, but she was the only one who got bleeped. During her introduction of Madonna, Miley Cyrus sneaked in some inappropriate language, saying, “All right, so lets all show some love and give it up for our bitch Madonna! She made me call her that.”
