Miranda Lambert Confirms Relationship With Anderson East

Miranda Lambert appeared to confirm her relationship with fellow singer Anderson East on Instagram over the weekend.

Lambert took to Instagram Saturday with a snap of herself cuddling up with East on a couch. “The snuggle is real…” she captioned the loved up picture, which features the two singers in beanies and hugging under a plaid blanket. East shared the snap as well with the same caption.

East, 27, is an up-and-coming R&B singer who hails from Alabama and is working on his career out of Nashville, Tenn. East, whose real name is Michael Cameron Anderson, became better known earlier this year with the release of his single “Satisfy Me.”

Lambert’s new relationship with East was first reported late last month. “They are really enjoying each other’s company,” a source close to Lambert told Us Weekly. A source close to East added, “She couldn’t have picked a better dude to have fun with. Anderson is the coolest guy.”

East’s stepdad Randall Ennis also weighed in on the new relationship. “Michael’s an awesome kid,” Ennis told InTouch. “He’s got his head on straight and knows what he wants in life… He’s just an amazing kid. He’s outgoing, he just never meets a stranger. He’s very polite.”

While Lambert has moved on with East following her split from Blake Shelton, Shelton has been enjoying a new romance with No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani.
