'Million Dollar Listing New York' Finale Recap: Ryan Threatens To Expose Fredrik's Past In Gay Porn; Luis And Fredrik Hug It Out

Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund came to blows on Wednesday night’s finale of Million Dollar Listing New York, and Fredrik and Luis Ortiz hugged it out. The finale also saw Fredrik getting into business with Donald Trump, and Luis successfully selling a high priced place in the West Village.

Feuding realtors, Ryan and Fredrik, have always been competitive, but their conflict reached a breaking point in the finale when Ryan threatened to expose Fredrik’s past work in gay porn as "Tag Eriksson."

Ryan invited Fredrik to an open house for his lavish Upper West Side listing, and teased the crowd with a ‘Viewer Discression Is Advised’ video – he gave an elaborate speech and Fredrik was sure Ryan was going to show his porno, but, it was all good fun (for Ryan, at least) and what played was just a cartoon. It was awkward and tense, and Fredrik quickly left the room with new husband, Derek Kaplan.

As if the cruel prank weren’t enough, Ryan followed them to have a private confrontation.

“I am the American Dream, baby. And, you are nothing but a cheap, shiny import,” Ryan spat out at Fredrik before storming off.

Fredrik was able to turn the upsetting experience into a positive, however, by apologizing to Luis for throwing a green tea in his face earlier in the season. He told Luis that he now understands that what he did was wrong, and he doesn’t want to be a bad person.

Luis accepted Fredrik’s apology, the two hugged it out and parted ways.

All three cast members, plus Fredrik’s husband Derek, gathered after the finale aired for a special episode of Watch What Happens Live, a talk show hosted by Bravo mastermind Andy Cohen. Fredrik apologized again for his immature bullying of Luis, but kept his distance from Ryan. When asked about the finale, Ryan expressed a bit of regret for threatening to humiliate Fredrik, but he seemed more regretful at the idea that the viewers would think poorly of him because of the way he was portrayed.
