Miley Cyrus joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Thursday night and had a pretty funny “Emotional Interview” with the talk show host.
Fallon kicked of his “Emotional Interview” segment with Cyrus by praising her acting skills. “I think you’re a great singer, a great performer, a great actor as well. So, I would say that you are very in charge of your emotions,” Fallon said.
“I’m a little emotional. I mean you heard the blow-fish song,” Cyrus told Fallon.
Fallon immediately wanted to see just how emotional Cyrus can get and explained the rules of “Emotional Interview.” The interview begins with a conversation, but when you hear a ‘ding’ sound an emotion is given that has to be acted out during the conversation.
“Which do you like more singing or acting?” Fallon asked Cyrus. But, when the bell went off the emotion given to Cyrus was super defensive.
“F—k Jimmy do you have to get so personal? Can’t I have anything of just my own? You’re just like one of them, one of those guys out there with those cameras!,” the pop singer replied defensively.
The bell went off again and the duo was given fake polite as an emotion. “You are so smart and I just wish that one day I could learn how to ask such good questions like you do,” Cyrus said with a forced bright smile.
Fallon was later forced to act like he believed Cyrus’ name was Morley.
“I get tickets to a Morley Cyrus concert,” Fallon joked. “And the crowd’s screaming ‘Morley! Morley!’”
“My name is Miley and I’m an international phenomenon and everyone knows that,” Cyrus pointed out.
