Mila Kunis, who is expecting her first child with fiancé Ashton Kutcher, opened up about her pregnancy while talking to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show.

Mila Kunis On Natural Child Birth

Kunis, 30, revealed that she and Kutcher managed to keep her pregnancy a secret for a really long time – though she wouldn’t reveal exactly how far along she is. Kunis was, however, willing to dish on her desire to have as natural a labor as possible.

"We watched a couple of documentaries and we looked into the […] midwife aspect of it,” said Kunis, who won’t be having an epidural. “[We] spoke to my OB/GYN and realized the hospital I'm going to be laboring in does have a midwife, you know, Doula type of thing.”

When DeGeneres asked the Black Swan actress why she’s going to say no to the epidural, Kunis explained, “I did it [the pregnancy] to myself,” but DeGeneres wasn’t taking that for an answer.

“You didn’t do it to yourself. I know that much,” quipped the host. “I may not know a lot, but I know that much."

Kunis conceded, “Well I had a little bit of help,” to which DeGeneres replied, “Well, you may not want to say that either.”

Ashton Kutcher Prepared For Kunis' Cravings

Of course, that “little bit of help,” came from fiance Kutcher, who Kunis revealed has come through in the clutch when it comes to her cravings. "He assumed that I was gonna have goofy cravings, so he stocked our secondary fridge with weird food," she said. "Just like pickles, and sauerkraut, or like anchovies, and ice creams […] just in case at one point during this pregnancy I’d be like I really want something,"

"Like it was just the weirdest thing,” Kunis added. “Like I needed this pickle and he was like hold on a second and disappeared in the backyard and came back with the most amazing dill pickle of all time."
