Miscoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard Review
A long, hard day in front of the office computer might become more tolerable with the Microsoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard. The Microsoft Surface Keyboard provides easy to reach keys, which are also sensitive to the touch unlike hard QWERTY keyboards. The keyboard is made out of plastic, however it is surprisingly quiet as well (which is particularly important for typists who tend to bash down on keys).
The palm rest provides an almost endless amount of comfortable cushioning, gently calming the wrists. The model is based off the “split-key” design, which splits the traditional keyboard layout into two. It allows the users hands to rest at a natural angle, which means that your hands will be less tired after long-term use. The slight curve to the keyboard raises up the keys for easier use as well.
The comfortable design could take some getting used to, especially if are accustomed to the traditional keyboards. The $130.00 value for the Microsoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard might be a bit pricey for some, but the investment is worth the comfort for many.
THE GOOD: Provides comfort with soft touch keys, cushioned palm rest, and natural angle. Sturdy build.
THE BAD: Not particularly fashionable. Takes getting used to. Could be pricey for some.
We would say that the Microsoft Surface Ergonomic Keyboard is a good long-term investment, especially if you are someone who sits in front of a computer for lengthy periods of time.
