Michelle Rodriguez And Zac Efron Split; Cara Delevingne Possibly The Cause

Michelle Rodriguez and Zac Efron have decided to call their summer fling quits after two months, according to multiple reports.

Rodriguez and Efron are reportedly going their separate ways, as the Fast & Furious star wasn’t quite as interested in the High School Musical alum as he was in her, reported Us Weekly. “Michelle is going to do her own thing. Zac knew this about her when he got with her. He’s very into her though, and perhaps more than she’s into him,” a source told Us about the couple that has been friends since 2011. Another source told the magazine, “Zac still wants to be with her.”

From the start, Efron, 26, was supposedly more invested in a serious relationship than Rodriguez, which one insider blames on the Neighbors actor’s “addicting personality.” However, he may have already been at a disadvantage as Rodriguez, who has openly stated that she’s bisexual, apparently leans more towards women, according to the source.

“Zac has an addicting personality, which rolls over to his women. He invests into something and falls hard — fast,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com. “He fell hard for Michelle, and she wanted to just have fun and not have a super-serious relationship. Plus, Michelle is interested more in women than men — so that was an issue as well.”

Cara Delevingne Come Between Michelle & Zac?

One woman that Efron may have been in direct competition with was Rodriguez’s ex-girlfriend, British model Cara Delevingne. “Cara was always being mentioned,” a source told E! News, adding that it caused tension during their Ibiza vacation. “Cara would spend time on the same boat and Cara and Michelle have all the same friends. It was just a lot. It was always, ‘Cara, Cara, Cara.'”

Rodriguez and Delevingne, who were both pictured in Ibiza last week – though separately – are now reportedly both spending time in New York City. On Tuesday, they were hanging out together at the Mercer Hotel in Soho, according to E!.
