Iconic heavy metal band Metallica is currently on tour to celebrate their album 72 Seasons, their first new album in seven years.
The M72 Tour will conclude in Mexico City in September 2024.
The band emphasized on their website that across the 22 different cities around the world, with two nights in each city, there will be “No Repeat Weekend” – each show will be completely unique experience; “Two totally different set lists with two different bands opening the show each night!”
The band also declared that a portion of every ticket from the tour is donated to Metallica’s charitable organization, the All Within My Hands (AWMH) foundation. Established in 2017, AWMH has strived to support and enrich the lives of the communities that have been fans of the band over the years. To date, the foundation has raised nearly $13 million, with $5.9 million in grants allocated to career and technical education programs across the United States. Furthermore, AWMH has provided over $2.5 million in aid to combat food insecurity and more than $3.2 million in disaster relief efforts worldwide.
