Metallica has announced their M72 World Tour, a global tour that will see the band play in venues across North America and Europe through 2023 and 2024. The tour comes in support of the band’s new album, 72 Seasons, which was released on April 14, 2023. This is the metal band’s first studio LP since Hardwired… To Self-Destruct in 2016.
Metallica will perform two nights in every city, complete with different setlists and supporting bands. The group of opening acts includes Greta Van Fleet, Pantera, Mammoth WVH, Five Finger Death Punch, Architects, Volbeat and Ice Nine Kills.
