Melania Trump Hasn’t Been Seen For Over 22 Days, Now Will Not Go To Camp David This Weekend
The early morning of May 10 marks the last time First Lady Melania Trump was seen publicly, where she accompanied her husband to Andrews Air Force Base to welcome home three American hostages held in North Korea. Now, she will be skipping President Donald Trump‘s visit to Camp David, the presidential country retreat for over 50 years, in Maryland this weekend. Melania has been officially unseen for 22 days.
On May 14, Melania underwent surgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for an “embolization procedure to treat a benign kidney condition,” according to her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham. Apparently, there were no complications yet the first lady remained in the hospital for nearly a week following the operation.
With conspiracy theories and prolific speculation, Melania has tweeted to confirm her presence in the White House.
I see the media is working overtime speculating where I am & what I’m doing. Rest assured, I’m here at the @WhiteHouse w my family, feeling great, & working hard on behalf of children & the American people!

On Friday, Grisham said the first lady “is fine, she’s doing great.”
Melania’s next public appearance is uncertain, as President Trump is scheduled to leave for Camp David on Friday afternoon.
