Mel Gibson Files Restraining Order Against His Baby's Mom

It seems that Mel Gibson can’t take his ex-girlfriend and baby mama’s drama – the actor filed for a restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva Thursday. The two have one child together, Lucia Gibson, and though they never married, they split up last April. "We have split up, suddenly and recently… Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon," Grigorieva told the press at the time.

While reports initially stated the couple were dating for a year before the split, Grigorieva, who has a son with former Bond Timothy Dalton, told tabloids after the break up that they had actually been together for three years – meaning that they were seeing each other while Gibson was still married. When Grigorieva revealed she was pregnant, Gibson filed for divorce against his wife of almost 30 years, citing irreconcilable differences, though they were separated for nearly three. – ELENA COX
