Megan Thee Stallion headlined the AT&T Block Party as part of the 2023 NCAA March Madness Music Festival in her hometown of Houston.
Ahead of her performance, Megan told ESPN, “I haven’t performed in Houston in a few years, so it’s really special to come back home, reflect on my journey and perform in front of all the hotties who have supported my career since the beginning. There is no Megan Thee Stallion without the city of Houston.”

Megan opened with “NDA,” the first song off her 2022 album Traumazine. “Barely be at home, but I still put on for my city,” she rapped, referencing her Houston roots.
For “What’s New,” a song about her naysayers, she got the crowd to hold their middle fingers in the air.
During her performance, Megan invited several people from the crowd for a twerk-off.
She also performed “WAP” with Cardi B‘s verses prerecorded. “I’m so mother f—ing happy to be home,” she said before rapping her final song, “Plan B.”
The music festival also included other stars, including Lil Nas X, Maggie Rogers, Tim McGraw and Keith Urban.
