Megan Fox Files For Divorce From Brian Austin Green Days After Separation Is Announced
Megan Fox officially filed for divorce from Brian Austin Green, less than two days after news of their separation hit the press.

Fox, 29, filed papers on Friday, and is reportedly seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two sons Noah Green, 2, and Bodhi Green, 18 months. The actress, who has not yet commented on the split, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
News that Green, 42, and Fox had separated after five years of marriage broke earlier this week, but original reports were vague on the nature of the breakup, and seemed to leave the door open for reconciliation. “They will always love each other very much and are devoted to their kids. Anything could happen in the future, but for now they’ve decided it’s best to take some time apart,” a source told People.
Green has not responded to the divorce fillings, nor has he released any public statement. Reports suggest that the marriage between the Transformers actress and Beverly Hills 90210 star began to crack after Fox chose to go to New York to film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 this summer instead of staying at home. “They fight about her career. He would prefer she focus on the family more than being obsessed with getting roles,” one source told Us Weekly.
Following news of the divorce fillings, Green was spotted out in L.A. wearing his wedding band.
