Megan Fox and her husband of nine years, Brian Austin Green, are officially not getting a divorce.

The actress, 32, filed papers at a Los Angeles court Thursday to dismiss their ongoing divorce proceedings.

The couple originally separated and filed for divorce in 2015. But a year later, their third son was born, signaling that they had reconciled.

Fox and Green, 45, share three children: Noah Shannon, 6, Bodhi Ransom, 5, and Journey River, 2. Green is also dad to son Kassius, 17, from a previous relationship.

The two fell in love on the set of ABC’s Hope and Faith and have had a rocky, on-again, off-again relationship since 2004.

“Marriage is hard,” the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star remarked during his September 2018 podcast. “It’s work I think for anyone. I think when you get to the point like we have, where you have kids and you’ve been married for a while and we’ve been together for a long time, it’s — you just take it day by day.”

“Some people look at divorce or things not working as, like, a disappointment and it’s not. The fact that it worked at all is a positive,” he added. “We have three amazing kids. We’ve had and we have a great relationship. We’re just taking it day by day.”

The couple will be co-starring in their first feature film together, Dakota. Fox will portray Kate, a widow who loses her husband in the war in Afghanistan and struggles to maintain their family farm while being a single mother to her daughter. Meanwhile, Green will play a soldier who reunites her husband’s best friend, a combat dog named Dakota, with her and her daughter.
