Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have finalized their divorce agreement as of Tuesday. This ends the final chapter in an over ten-year on-and-off relationship for the pair. The terms of the split have been finalized for months at this point since October 2021

Fox and Green first got engaged back in 2006 but called it off a couple of years later in 2009, only to reconcile soon after and marry in a Maui beach wedding in 2010. This isn’t the first time they faced a divorce, in fact, Fox filed in 2015, but eventually withdrew it after they got together again. They have three sons together: Journey River, Bohdi Ransom, and Noah Shannon.

According to docs, they agreed to joint custody of their sons and apparently settled child and spousal support commitments in a separate agreement outside of court. Fox also reverted her legal name back to Megan Fox from Megan Green. They have feuded in the past during the painful divorce process, but both are moving on with new relationships.

Fox met her now-fiancé Machine Gun Kelly while filming the critically-panned Midnight in the Switchgrass in March and June of 2020, and later filed for divorce from Green in November of that year. Green began a relationship with Australian ballroom dancer and Dancing With the Stars professional partner Sharna Burgess in late 2020, and the two recently announced that Burgess was pregnant with their first child.

The two divocées seem to be on much better terms now that the dust is settling and both are moving on.
