Comedian Mike Epps tried to flirt with a Twitter follower and got caught by his wife, actress Mechelle Epps.

Mike Epps Caught Flirting On Twitter

Epps, a married father of four, kicked off a conversation with female Twitter user @CeciCitra, tweeting her, “hey.” When he asked her if she’s on Instagram, she replies, “not anymore. Wasn’t getting the likes I deserve.” In response, Epps tells @CeciCitra to DM him.

The next message in the convesation is from Mechelle, who tweeted the wide-eyes emoji.

Not long after Mechelle got wind of the flirty chat, @CeciCitra posted a screenshot showing that she’d been blocked from Epps’ Twitter profile, captioning it, “I. Am. Weak.”

Incidentally, in the past Epps has made cracks in his standup routine about his wife snatching his phone to check out who he’s been talking to, according to The Root.

Epps and Mechelle, who’ve been married since 2006, have two children together. Epps also has two other children from previous relationships.
