Matt Czurchy Confirmed For ‘Gilmore Girls’ Reunion

Team Loganers are one step closer to their dream. Logan Huntzberger is officially confirmed to be returning to Stars Hollow.

Huntzberger, played by Matt Czurchy, was last seen going to California after having his marriage proposal politely declined by the Gilmore Girls protagonist, Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel). It is unclear how many episodes he will be a part of in the four-episodes Netflix reunion, especially since Gilmore Girls creator, Amy Sherman-Palladino, has said that she’s interested in having all of Rory’s past love interests be a part of the revival.

“We definitely want to see them,” Sherman-Palladino explained to TV Line. “I just need someone to tell  me that they’re going to show up.”

But don’t get any hopes that Logan and Rory have been dating all this time. “She’s dating like any young woman with that face would be,” Sherman Palladino said.

Before the cast reunited at the ATX Film Festival last June, Czurchy told E! that he had begun to review the episodes that he was in commenting that, “One of the things that really stands out is that Amy Sherman-Palladino just created a great character there.”

Czurchy currently stars on the CBS Drama The Good Wife.
