DJ Martin Garrix threw up a peace sign while hanging out by the water canals in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with fellow artist, Dean Lewis.

The two spent their day in Amsterdam together creating music. “Writing songs on rooftops with @martingarrix whataguy 🧡,” Lewis wrote in his Instagram caption of the two pictured together. It appears that they worked on their new tunes in more than one place that day – and were visibly stoked about it.
Garrix is known for producing various types of house music, which falls under the larger category of electric dance music, while Lewis’s music is on the other end of the spectrum labeled as pop.
With only a week ago, Garrix was was left with no choice but to cancel his upcoming shows after breaking his ankle during one of his shows in Las Vegas.
