Donald Trump‘s ex-wife Marla Maples and daughter Tiffany Trump attended the Taoray Wang collection show during New York Fashion Week.
They were accompanied by Tiffany’s boyfriend Ross Mechanic. Tiffany wore Wang’s designs three separate times on the campaign trail – at one presidential debate, on election night, and on Inauguration Day.
The crowd was surprisingly quiet about Tiffany’s presence, considering the night before housed the loudest anti-Trump chants yet during NYFW. “F–k Donald Trump, Who Donald Trump, F–k Donald Trump,” erupted in the Skylight Clarkson Studios at the end of Chromat’s show.
Tiffany is the Trump child with the fewest ties to her father, so it is possible that the crowd was unfazed by her presence. Wang, despite the president’s hostility toward China, has not shied away from Tiffany. She claims she is not political.
Maples, despite being the president’s ex-wife, has been present at many campaign events.
