Mark Wahlberg is one of the best known fans of the New England Patriots. He posted several pictures with his children before the game – and they all seemed very happy to be there.
Wahlberg left before the end of the match when the score was humiliating – and missed the victory of his favorite team. The Patriots started the third quarter 25 points behind (28-3). But the Patriots managed an historic turnaround to win the Super Bowl LI.
The actor didn’t get celebrate victory with his friend Tom Brady, though. He posted a picture on his Instagram account with his family on the field, explaining that he had to leave because his youngest son did not feel well. Despite his love for the Patriots team, family is more important to him. We think Tom would understand.
