Mark Wahlberg, 51, posted an Instagram clip of himself flexing his muscles and promoting Performance Inspired Nutrition, a nutrition brand that he co-founded with Tom Dowd

In the video, the Uncharted actor says, “Getting ready for the Christmas holiday,” while stretching in front of the mirror.

The clip then cuts to Wahlberg talking with Dowd. He punches Dowd in the gut and jokingly says, “We got a new [punching] bag in the gym,” and later states the brand’s motto to the camera, “Inspired to be better.”

Wahlberg assured his fans that Dowd was not hurt in the video.

Fans commented on the post, complimenting him and saying he looked 30 years younger.

The actor is known for sharing his strict diet and exercise regimen on social media. He posted his daily routine on his Instagram story, which involves starting his day at 3:30 a.m.

“I always start with a little bit of prayer time,” he told the Daily Mail. “And then take my vitamins. I used to eat breakfast. Now I’m all about intermittent fasting. I don’t eat; I just go work out.”

Wahlberg said he feels that when he sticks to his exercise routine, he works more productively.

For the movie Father Stu, which was released earlier this year, the actor transformed his body, eating 11,000 calories a day.
