Mario Lopez has an "Extra" member of his family. Lopez, 36, and his actress girlfriend Courtney Mazza, 28, welcomed a new baby girl this Saturday. The couple met while starring together on Broadway in A Chorus Line.
The baby, named Gia Francesca Lopez, was born weighing 6 pounds and 4 ounces at a Burbank, Calif., hospital."We are so overjoyed. What an amazing, wonderful and overwhelming experience to welcome our daughter into the world," he told Extra, where he is a celebrity host.
Lopez and Mazza will star in a VH1 reality show documenting their preparation for parenthood. Though the title of the show has not yet been determined, Lopez joked that it would be named "Saved by the Baby" on his Twitter account. –AMY LEE
