Marilyn Mason Faces Arrest Warrant For Spitting On A Videographer During Concert

Brian Hugh Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson, is facing an arrest warrant because he failed to answer assault charges pressed by a videographer. In 2019, during a concert at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, Manson was issued two counts of Class A misdemeanor sample assault.

Police officers did not provide details about the identity of the videographer or how it occurred; they say the accusation can lead to one year in jail and a $2 thousand fine. The videographer claims she was assaulted in the stage pit area; she was working for a local company and was there to film the concert.

“This misdemeanor claim was pursued after we received a demand from a venue videographer for more than $35,000 after a small amount of spit came into contact with their arm,” said Mason’s attorney Howard King. “After we asked for evidence of any alleged damages, we never received a reply.”

The videographer alleges that Manson got on the floor and sent “snot rocket” at her camera.

Another person who attended the concert claimed he saw the same thing and remembers seeing Mason laughing about it.

The Gilford Police Department shared a statement on Facebook, saying that the musician has been aware of the arrest warrant for some time and that “no effort has been made by him to return to New Hampshire to answer the pending charges.”

Several women, including actress Evan Rachel Wood and Esmé Bianco, have accused Mason of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.
