Police in Edinburgh, Scotland, charged a man with voyeurism after attending one of Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour shows in over the weekend.
The Scotland police said the 64-year-old man was arrested at the sold-out show at Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday.
“[The man] was released on an undertaking to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date,” Superintendent David Happs said in a statement.
In the U.K., non-consensual voyeurism, or the practice of gaining sexual pleasure from watching others engage in a private act is an illegal offense.
Swift, 34, kicked off the U.K. leg of Eras on Friday with three sold-out shows in Scotland. Each night, she performed in front of 73,000 audience members, making her shows the highest-attended stadium concerts in the country’s history.
The Edinburgh dates were the first of 15 that will take place in the U.K. In the coming days, Swift will appear in Liverpool, Cardiff and London before traveling to Ireland.
The tour has not been without incident. In Australia, Swift’s father was accused of punching a paparazzi.
