A man was acquitted of shooting a 21-year-old YouTube prankster during a stunt that resulted in a delivery driver shooting the man in the stomach.
The video shows Tanner Cook, who runs the YouTube channel Classified Goons, harassing delivery driver Alan Colie as he picks up a food order at a Sterling, Virginia, mall. Cook follows around Colie with his phone, repeating the phrase, “Hey dips—, quit thinking about my twinkle” multiple times.
Colie then tells Cook to stop multiple times before pulling out a gun and shooting the YouTuber in the lower left chest. Colie, who had a license to carry, was then pinned to the ground and arrested.
Cook was taken to the hospital and ultimately recovered.
He remained in the intensive care unit for several days. Colie was found not guilty of aggravated malicious wounding in the shooting but found guilty of shooting in an occupied dwelling. Colie could face up to ten years in prison if he is found guilty of this charge.
Colie’s “Classified Goons” channel currently has more than 50,000 subscribers and is well known for its controversial stunts.
