Malika Haqq Lauds Khloe Kardashian’s ‘Forgiveness’ In Birthday Post About Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian‘s long-time friend Malika Haqq praised the TV personality’s “forgiveness” in her tribute birthday post. It’s assumed Haqq is referencing Kardashian’s forgiveness with baby daddy Tristan Thompson, who reportedly treated on her multiple times while she was pregnant.

Haqq also lauded Kardashian for her strength and showed her appreciation of their friendship:

On June 25, Kardashian answered a Twitter user who said the reality star was a “hypocrite” for not knowing her “self-worth” and staying with Thompson.

To which the user replied, “I’m not trying to judge you, bc I do adore you girl. You’re a role model to millions of girls, I get that you’re trying to figure s––t out & tbh, your fans are protective of you. We just don’t want some lame breaking your heart again. That’s it.”

Kardashian appreciated the gesture, writing, “I love you for that and girl trust me don’t I understand!!! I appreciate you I do!!”

Last week, Entertainment Tonight reported that the Kardashian and her family have forgiven Thompson and are working on their relationship together.

“[Tristan] has a home in L.A. too, but the plan is to live together as a family at Khloe’s home as they continue to work on their relationship,” a source said. “Everyone is back on board — friends, family and Khloe have all forgiven him and are giving him this second chance — and so far it’s been working for them.”

The two have a two-month-old baby named True Thompson.
