Madonna & Jesus Luz Split

Madonna, 51, and Brazilian underwear model, Jesus Luz, 23, have reportedly split. The pair met on the set of a photo shoot for W magazine in December 2008, a few weeks before her divorce with Guy Ritchie had been finalized.

It was Luz who broke things off with Madonna. “It not only was totally amicable, but it was Luz who initiated the split. Apparently, the 23-year-old Brazilian realized their age difference and overall lack of mutual interest nixed a long-term relationship,” a source told the Chicago Sun-Times.

However, the Material Girl star doesn’t seem to have been slowed down by the split. According  journalist Ian Halperin, Madonna was caught making out with an older retired Wall Street executive at the New York Kabbalah center. A source close to the singer confirmed “they’re definitely an item.” –MANDY COHEN in London
