Seattle rapper Macklemore seems to be at ease these days ever since the birth of his daughter, Sloane Ava Simone, whom he had with Tricia Davis on May 29.
The “Thrift Shop” emcee took to Instagram this past week to show himself right next to his daughter in a comfortable setting getting in an afternoon nap, captioning the photo, “There is nothing better.”
Macklemore’s last album The Heist was released in 2012 with his collaborator Ryan Lewis, which gained four Grammy awards. The rapper released a new song titled “Growing Up (Sloane’s Song),” which is about his first child, and features Lewis and English singer Ed Sheeran two months ago.
