Macaulay Culkin Slams Actors Accused Of Sexual Harassment While Live-Tweeting Oscars
Macaulay Culkin slammed actors such as James Franco and Casey Affleck as he live-tweeted during the 90th Academy Awards.
MACAULAY CULKIN LIVE-TWEETS THE OSCARS WITHOUT WATCHING
The 37-year-old began his eight-hour Twitter rant by saying that he would not be watching the awards show. “I will be live tweeting the Oscars tonight, but I won’t be watching them. WHA!?! That’s crazy!” he posted. “Question: Do you guys have any suggestions for what I should be doing instead of watching the show?”
He then wrote a slew of messages targeting male actors who have been accused of sexual harassment and assault in Hollywood, starting with Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey.

“EXCLUSIVE: I heard Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein were going to come disguised as a very tall man in a long trench coat, but they got busted by security,” he said before adding, “Casey Affleck couldn’t make it cause he was stuck in the 1950s.”
Franco was Culkin’s next aim, saying, “James Franco is a disaster. Artists? #CallMeRogen #OrGoldberg #Imnotpicky.”
Culkin then called out Jimmy Kimmel for his work on the early-2000s show The Man Show. “So glad to hear @jimmyfallon is hosting the #Oscars90 ceremony! What a great guy!,” he wrote. “Oh THAT Jimmy is hosting! Did he ever win Ben Stein’s Money? #ManShow.” Culkin continued, “WOW. @jimmykimmel is #SoBrave for hosting the show in his native dialect. I bet Jimmy Kimmel’s humor is so dry tonight it could easily be a #VaginaMonologue.”
Aside from slamming disgraced Hollywood men, Culkin fired off jokes about all things Oscar related. At the end of his Twitter-spree, Culkin said that it was all a “#BunnyEars production,” referring to his podcast called Bunny Ears. “I wouldn’t recommend it if it wasn’t mine,” he joked.
