Macaulay Culkin responded to false reports of his death by recreating Weekend At Bernie’s while on tour with his band, The Pizza Underground.
A fake news story claiming Culkin, best known as the child star of Home Alone, appeared on the web Saturday, and quickly circulated, causing many to believe the actor, 34, was dead. “Multiple unconfirmed reports say Culkin was found dead Friday afternoon in his Manhattan apartment after police responded to a wellness check requested by a family member,” read the article.
Culkin responded to the death hoax that very day, posting a photo of himself on Instagram with the caption, “We’re on tour you silly people.”
