Lynda Carter, the iconic actress and singer best known as the original Wonder Woman, has a daughter that bears a striking resemblance to her and now just released a song of her own. Jessica Carter Altman will release the single “For You” today, and it is a tribute to her late father Robert A. Altman.
She teased the song’s cover art on Instagram, and the diddy has some folk music and classic pop inspirations. Altman even said that she’ll be starting a residency at New York’s Rockwood Music Hall soon. Carter and Altman were married in 1984 and also had a son James Altman, who holds an executive position at Bethesda.
The exact contents of the song aren’t yet known, but her father Robert A. Altman passed away from leukemia in February 2021.
Altman was a lawyer who also founded the company ZeniMax Media, which became known as the parent company of acclaimed RPG game developer Bethesda Softworks.
