Lolo Jones Won't Do A Sex Tape For Fame

Olympic hurdler Lolo Jones, 30, is speaking out again about all those who have criticized her leap to fame and / or her lack of medal placement during the 2012 Olympics. The media has been following Jones closely, despite the fact that she never won a medal and just barely qualified for the 2012 summer games in London.

According to Jones, however, it was never fame she was after, despite what the New York Times implied in a scathing article that asserted "Jones has decided she will be whatever anyone wants her to be — vixen, virgin, victim — to draw attention to herself and the many products she endorses."

Jones admitted she was hurt by the article, which emerged two days before her event and struck a blow to her morale, as well as her teammates' insults. "I didn't see that one coming," she told KCCI in Des Moines.

As for Jones' take on her teammates' and competitors' negative reactions toward her, Jones says, "I understand their frustration. I'm not running track to be the most famous person. If I wanted to do that, I would totally do a Kim Kardashain or Snookie. I'd do a sex tape or something like that if I wanted fame. I'm running track to get a medal, so if I had that medal, that's the only thing that would make me content."

So there you have it, fans and haters — stop holding your breath for that all-but-guaranteed Lolo Jones sex tape. Turns out it's never going to happen.
