Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan‘s mother, Dina Lohan, lost the actresses’s childhood home today according to a court order. According to documents obtained by The Blast, the house must now be sold within 90 days.
Dina, who owed $1,492,784.21 on the house as of December 12, 2017, neglected to respond to a foreclosure lawsuit. As Dina did not appear in court on the date of her hearing, the judge decreed that the Long Island house must be sold at a public auction. Dina has 90 days to comply and sell it.
This is JPMorgan Chase’s second lawsuit against the Lohans over the property, the first lawsuit having been filed back in 2013. However, back then both parties were able to strike a compromise. Lindsay notably intervened at one point and offered $40,000 of her own money so her mother could retain her home.
