Lindsay Lohan appeared in court to settle two criminal misdemeanor charges, and will spend 90 days in a drug rehab as part of her plea deal.

Lohan violated her probation from her past shoplifting charges when she faced two misdemeanor charges from a traffic accident in September of 2012. She had been charged with both reckless driving and lying to a police officer when she crashed her Porsche into a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, Calif. In court on Monday, she pleaded no contest to both charges.

"A suggestion — don't drive," Los Angeles Superior Judge James Dabney told Lohan after he announced her sentence, according to CNN.

Back in 2007, Lohan was arrested twice for drunk driving. Since those two instances, the actress has spent 250 days in various rehab facilities, 67 days performing community service, 35 days under house arrest, appeared in court 20 times and has spent a rough total of two weeks behind bars.

"I think Lindsay needed to go and just deal with some of her issues," Michael Lohan said Monday about his daughter’s mandatory stint in rehab. "She got exactly what she needs."
