Lindsay Lohan Pregnancy: Confession Or April Fool’s Prank?

Lindsay Lohan sparked pregnancy rumors when she sent out a tweet announcing that she’s got a baby on the way a couple hours after the end of April Fools’ Day on the East Coast.

“It’s official. Pregnant…” Lindsay tweeted early Tuesday morning, causing her followers to wonder if the 26-year-old really was expecting, or if her April Fools’ Day prank was just a little late.

Lohan has recently been spending time in Brazil promoting the San Paulo flagship store of John John Denim in a gig that’s paying her six figures. After her work was done, Lohan took to the Brazilian party scene and was caught on camera hiding under a club’s DJ table with a half-drunk beverage at her feet.

If pregnant, the actress might be spending her first few months carrying her child in a drug rehabilitation facility. After dodging a jail sentence, her lawyer got her a plea deal that will require her to spend 90 days in rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychotherapy.

Sharon Osborn successfully pulled off an April Fools’ Day fake pregnancy prank on The Talk on Monday. The host managed to convince the rest of the show’s panel that she and Ozzy used in vitro fertilization to add a third child to their brood. Not only was she believed, she received warm hugs and tears of congratulations. Her “Gotcha!” truly came as a surprise to the naïve cohosts.

Lohan is currently dating Avi Snow, a guitarist for indie rock band City of the Sun.
