Lindsay Lohan is attempting to talk her judge into letting her spend some time with her family between her two week jail sentence and her mandatory 90-day stint in rehab. "I think it would only be fair for her to be able to spend some time with her family and that’s what she’d like for me to emphasize to Judge Revel," attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told Hollywood.tv.
Prior to Lohan’s admission to jail, Revel had lessened the time between jail and rehab from 48 to 24 hours, so the chances of Revel reversing her decision are slim. "She’s concerned. She wants to comply with the court’s order… I think there’s a push now for her to go directly to rehab, and we don’t think that would be fair," Holley added.
According to Holley, Lohan is doing as well as she can be expected. Her reps and family are still in search of a rehab center that will be beneficial to Lindsay and are reportedly looking at holistic treatment centers. –ELENA COX
