Lindsay Lohan Loses Half Of Ring Finger In Boating Accident, Undergoes Emergency Surgery
Lindsay Lohan revealed that she lost part of a finger in a boating accident while vacationing in Turkey.

Lohan took to Snapchat over the weekend with a picture of her heavily bandaged left ring finger. “I almost lost my finger from the anchor,” Lohan wrote. “Well, I lost half my finger, thank goodness we found the piece of my finger… i just had surgery to fix it. It hurts so bad.”
In a video, the Mean Girls actress added, “This is a result of me trying to help anchor the boat, by myself. My poor finger.”
Lohan had been out boating off the coast of Turkey when she attempted to raise the anchor. Instead of lifting it out of the water, Lohan was pulled down into the water herself and got tangled in the rope, reported TMZ. In the accident, the tip of Lohan’s finger was sliced off and was later recovered on the deck of the boat.
Fortunately, Lohan’s friends managed to rush her to a hospital, where a plastic surgeon successfully reattached the tip of her finger. Lohan seems to be recovering well, as she posted a picture to Instagram Monday morning, captioning it, “One handed selfie. ??? ? #whatdayisit.”
