Lindsay Lohan Back In Rehab

Lindsay Lohan voluntarily checked herself into a rehab clinic late Monday night, where she is expected to remain until her court hearing on October 22, according to CNN. The name of the clinic has not yet been released.

Last month, the 24-year-old actress spent 23 days in an in-patient substance abuse treatment program at UCLA Medical Center as part of her sentence for an earlier probation violation. Lohan then tested positive on a court-mandated drug test on September 17, sending the starlet back to jail. She was released 14 hours later, after posting $300,000 bail.

This is Lohan's fifth stint in rehab since 2007, when she was arrested twice, first for driving under the influence and then for possession of cocaine.–SAM VANDEVER
