Beverly Hills 90210 Original Cast
The Lifetime movie based on the series Beverly Hills, 90210 finally released the first cast photo for Unauthorized on Monday.
Lifetime revealed that they were producing The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story, a tell-all TV movie of the behind-the-scenes drama of the 90s hit series Beverly Hills, 90210, last month.
The network has given fans with an exclusive first look at the cast for the tell-all film, and the new faces of young actors portraying these iconic roles definitely look the part.
Taking on the role of Brandon Walsh (Jason Priestley) is Switched at Birth actor Max Lloyd Jones, while Degrassi actress Samantha Munro received the role of Brenda Walsh (Shannen Doherty).
Suburgatory’s Abbie Cobb will play Kelly Taylor (Jennie Garth), Jesy McKinney will take on bad boy Dylan McKay (Luke Perry), Once Upon a Time‘s Abby Ross is Donna Martin (Tori Spelling), David Lennon is Steve Sanders (Ian Ziering), Ross Linton will play David Silver (Brian Austin Green), Michele Goyns is Andrea Zuckerman (Gabrielle Carteris) and Alyssa Lynch (who starred in The Unauthorized Save By the Bell Story) is once again playing Tiffani-Amber Thiessen and her character Valerie Malone.
The TV movie “will show the roller coaster ride of the program’s first four seasons, highlighting the drama between cast members and producers both on and off-set, including the series’ journey from several near-cancellations to its massive success and imprint in the cultural zeitgeist and lasting impression it has made on millions of people to this day,” Lifetime said in a statement.
The Unauthorized Beverly Hills, 90210 Story will air on Oct. 3 as part of Lifetime’s “October Throwback-to-back” weekends.
