A judge in the Levi Johnston-Bristol Palin custody battle over their son Tripp has ruled that the case will be made public. "In this day and age of the Internet, media stories remain available for years, and anything printed in the media (whether it is true or not) will be available to Tripp when he is old enough to read," Bristol, 18, said in a statement. Levi, 19, however, is pleased with the Superior Court ruling. Bristol, the daughter former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, claims Johnston has avoided parental responsibilities, which Levi denies. –MANDY COHEN
