Leo DiCaprio is turning a shade greener for 2009. He's recently traded in his Toyota Prius hybrid for a $200,000 Tesla electric roadster. "It's my first sports car, and it's an unbelievable drive," he told London's Daily Mail. "It's scarily fast and it all happens with the flip of a switch, unlike a piston-driven engine that needs to build up momentum." The Tesla Roadster runs for 244 miles on one charge and doesn't use gas. He's always had a green side, though. "Since I was a kid I've been passionate about different species being pushed into extinction," the actor said. (Photo: WENN)
