Ever since the Leaving Neverland documentary, which details the events of alleged Michael Jackson sexual abuse victims, came out, it has sparked intense public interest. Since its release though, there have been rumors that HBO will pull the film from distribution.
HBO says that is not the case, and it will be available for streaming throughout the summer months.
“That report is untrue. Leaving Neverland is available on HBO through April 16th and then will continue to be available on HBO NOW and HBO GO,” HBO told Complex. “It is now the second most watched [documentary] on HBO in 10 years having reached 7.5 million people for Part 1.”

However, upon release of the documentary, Jackson biographer Mike Smallcombe reported a discrepancy in the film. He pointed at the case of James Safechuck, who claimed to have been molested by Jackson in the Neverland train station between 1988 and 1992. Smallcombe says this is impossible since photographic evidence shows the train was not constructed until 1993 and 1994.
