LeAnn Rimes, 30, and Eddie Cibrian, 39, are going on the offensive against Cibrian’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville, 40, after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claimed in Us Weekly that her son, Mason, got sick after ingesting laxatives at Rimes’ home.
Marcel Periseau, a representative for Rimes, fired back. “Her whole show is based on controversy, drama and publicity," he told E! News about Glanville. "She is the only one to gain by spewing forth inaccuracies, rants and half-truths. It's time for people to see it for what this really is …. What better way to keep herself relevant?"
Cibrian went so far as to send an email to Glanville which she later re-tweeted. “I know your life exists solely for the purpose of living and creating drama. It's a sad way to live. It's so obvious that you have to constantly mention my wife so people will care what comes out of your mouth. One day when…narcissism [is] not consuming you, you will realize how fortunate the kids are to have LeAnn in their life. She is amazing with them, as the kids will 100 percent attest to.”
On Wednesday, Glanville tweeted the following: “Im not bitter Im concerned 4 MY kids,Im not n luv with EC n ANY way,Im happy 2 go BACK 2 therapy with them &PS I left him he didnt leave me.”
This is only the latest chapter in this ongoing saga between the three parties. This past Sunday, Rimes tweeted that she was going out of town with Cibrian and “her boys" (Cibrian’s two sons with Glanville). Glanville fired back by saying “Someone is trying 2 get under my skin by calling MY children "her boys" Sooo transparent! They R MY boys, Eddie Boys and ur step-sons… 4 now.”
