LeAnn Rimes called out tabloids on Twitter, denying that she and her husband Eddie Ciberian are headed for divorce.

Rimes, 32, and Ciberian, 41, have been tabloid fodder ever since their relationship began. In fact, the two, who were both married to other people when they began their affair, have been hot gossip since the beginning of their relationship. Recent headlines claim that Rimes and Cibrian are gearing up for a divorce, but Rimes slammed reports of a split on Twitter.

Rimes joked about the tabloid stories, making light of an imagined cheating scandal, writing, “If you combine OK! Magazine and The National Enquirer’s stories that they’re ‘investigating’ this week you get…Eddie doesn’t want to have kids with me so he’s been cheating on me since April & we’re headed for that 50 million dollar divorce we were gonna go through almost a year ago. I’m sure there’s aliens involved in it too, but we only get told bits and pieces.”

When a Twitter user decided to take Rimes up on her offer, writing the headline “LeAnn Rimes is having an alien baby and [Eddie Ciberian] bought her a Pilates studio,” Rimes went along with the joke, providing the fake article with a quote:
