Lauren Sánchez & Jeff Bezos Throw Foam Party On $500M Superyacht Before Their Wedding

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, hosted a foam party on their yacht ahead of their three-day wedding celebration later this week.

They are expected to be wed on June 27 in Italy. Due to public protests against the billionaire, they were forced to change their venue.

On June 22, Bezos and Sánchez were seen departing the island of Cres in Croatia on their $500 million super yacht, Koru. The couple and their guests were covered in white frothy bubbles spread out across the deck. The party-goers laughed while playing with the foam and tossing around giant, colorful beach balls.

Following a bubbly embrace on Koru, Sánchez and Bezos were seen relaxing in a daybed on a smaller boat nearby.

Many speculate the party was likely celebrating Sánchez’s son Evan’s 19th birthday that day.

Sánchez shares Evan, along with her daughter Ella, with her ex-husband Patrick Whitesell, as well as her son, Nikko, with her ex-boyfriend Tony Gonzalez. Bezos himself has four children – three sons and one daughter – with his ex-wife Mackenzie Scott.

Bezos and Sánchez’s relationship was first confirmed in 2019, and they were engaged in 2023.

Last Thursday, Sánchez was seen enjoying her bachelorette party at the restaurant Lafayette’s in Cannes. A star-studded celebration, Sánchez’s posse had 13 women in attendance, including Katy Perry, Eva Longoria, Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

Sánchez posted photos of the girls’ night on Instagram, accompanied by the caption, “Forever stars with friendship, surrounded by the women who’ve lifted me, illuminated my path in dark times, and shaped my heart along the way.”

Sánchez’s brother has compared the upcoming nuptials to that of Princess Diana and Prince Charles’ 1981 wedding, which was hailed by many as ”the wedding of the century.”
