Lauren Conrad Teases New MTV Reality TV Show

Lauren Conrad might be starring in a new MTV reality TV show.

Conrad, 30, took to Instagram Thursday with a picture of herself straightening out a woman’s bridesmaids dress as cameras are rolling nearby. She captioned the image, “Never thought I’d see the day….” Most telling, however, was that MTV – the network behind The Hills and Laguna Beach – was tagged.

MTV reposted the picture on their own Instagram page and tweeted it out as well. Though no further information was posted to either social media account, MTV News revealed that those wondering what the image was all about should check out Conrad’s Twitter account on Tuesday, May 31 at 11 a.m. EST.

Conrad and her The Hills alums have been opening up about what was going on behind-the-scenes on the popular reality TV show lately. While it’s been revealed that it was mostly scripted, Conrad revealed that some of it was authentic, and that material, in her opinion, was some of the best stuff on the show.

“To me, those were the best scenes—the really real ones,” Conrad told Us Weekly. “We’re not, you know, sitting in a cute café discussing who said what the night before. They were always the hardest to shoot, but I felt like that was when people could really relate to us.”
