Larsa Pippen & Timberwolves’ Malik Beasley Break Up

The Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen and NBA player Malik Beasley have ended their romance. The couple was first seen together holding hands at a Miami mall in November 2020.

The couple struggled with distance since Beasley is based in Minnesota to play for the NBA’s Timberwolves.

Pippen and Beasley’s relationship caused drama last year because they were seen together while Beasley was still legally married to Montana Yao. Yao, who shares a two-year old son with Beasley, filed for divorce in December after photos of her husband with Pippen surfaced.

The day the photos surfaced, Yao posted on her Instagram story, “Wow… I don’t even know this man. This is wild y’all I’m seeing it for the first time just like y’all.”

Earlier this year, Pippen defended Beasley.

“We had spoken about it. It wasn’t a secret. I know a lot of people that are married and exiting,” Pippen told Hollywood Unlocked. “I’ve played that part. So for me, if you’re not being shady and you’re telling me all your stuff, I’m going to believe you.”

Pippen is the estranged wife of NBA star Scottie Pippen, and they have four children together. The couple got married in 1997. Scottie filed for divorce in 2016, but the couple seemed to work things out at the time. Pippen re-filed in 2018.
