Lady Gaga, fresh off rave reviews for her Sound of Music medley at the Academy Awards, has announced that she’ll appear in the next season of Ryan Murphy’s anthology series American Horror Story.

Lady Gaga’s casting in AHS was revealed on Twitter over the weekend. “American Horror Story, Season 5,” Gaga says in the announcement video. “Hotel.”The singer followed up the announcement with a post sharing her excitement about landing the gig. “I am so excited to be a part of American Horror Story‘s hardworking cast,” she wrote. “A twisted fantasy. My favorite kind.”
