Lady Gaga confirmed her engagement on Monday with an Instagram picture of the huge diamond ring given to her by Kinney after reports emerged that the two had gotten engaged. “He gave me his heart on Valentine’s Day, and I said YES,” Gaga wrote.

Reports that Gaga and Kinney, who stars on the hit NBC drama Chicago Fire, were engaged circulated early Monday, Feb. 16, and Gaga confirmed the happy news later in the day. Gaga and Kinney, who met in 2011 on the set of the music video for “You & I,” reportedly got engaged on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, before celebrating at Gaga’s family restaurant, Joanne Trattoria.

Gaga and Kinney briefly broke up in 2012 after dating for 10 months, but quickly got back together and have been going strong ever since. “He’s the right guy,” Gaga recently told Howard Stern, saying that she could see her and Kinney getting married.

Kinney has yet to comment on their engagement, and little is known about their wedding plans, but perhaps it will look something like their wedding in the “You & I” video.
