Kylie Jenner Removes Lip Filler, Fans Love The New Look

Kylie Jenner is not only famous for her celebrity family, but also for her voluptuous body and lips. However, she just removed her lip filler, altering her look to a more subtle and natural appearance.

The filler-free news broke after Jenner posted a picture with longtime friend Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou. A fan commented, “she looks like the old Kylie here idk why,” to which Jenner replied, “I got rid of all my filler.”

 

Jenner first admitted to getting lip fillers in a 2015 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, “I have temporary lip fillers; it’s just an insecurity of mine and it’s what I wanted to do.”

She spoke on that decision two years later in her own reality show, Life of Kylie:

“I was 15, and I was insecure about my lips,” she said. “I have really small lips. And it was, like, one of my first kisses and a guy was like, ‘I didn’t think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips.’ But I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me. I just didn’t feel desirable or pretty. I really wanted bigger lips. I would overline my lips with lip liner just to create the illusion of bigger lips. And then finally I was like, ‘This lip liner isn’t doing it.’ [I] ended up getting my lips done.”

Jenner also revealed that her insecurity regarding her lips inspired the start of her brand Kylie Cosmetics, which began with selling lip kits but has expanded into eyeshadows and other makeup products.

 

So far, fans seem to love the TV personality’s decision to opt for the natural look.
